Building on more than 10 years experience in helping individuals develop their skills in the art of sound work, Miky Lagadec Patten has established Sounds of Stillness to further support individuals and groups in finding creative avenues for development in their professional and personal lives. She offers a range of options that can be tailored to the need of each individual. Under the umbrella of Sounds of Stillness, she also collaborates with other specialists in personal and professional development, offering new and interesting synergies to explore.
One-to-one coaching online
Work with Miky to develop your practice in one-to-one coaching sessions. Sessions last 2 hours and can be arranged at regular intervals as part of an ongoing professional or personal development program. Cost - €200 per session
Group retreats (3 or more days)

Practitioner training workshops (4 days)
After many years of initiating practitioners into the use of a variety of instruments, Miky is turning her attention to practitioner development, working primarily with small groups who want to deepen their experience and enhance their practice in specific areas. Costs begin at €150 per day, plus accommodation and catering.
