By accessing our website and purchasing our digital products—including but not limited to ebooks, audio files (gong baths, frequencies), video materials, and online courses (collectively, the "Products")—you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. 1. Intellectual Property & Digital License
Ownership: All Products, text, graphics, logos, audio recordings, and videos available on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Sounds of Stillness LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.
Limited License: When you purchase a Product, Sounds of Stillness LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
Prohibited Uses: You may not copy, redistribute, resell, share, lease, lend, broadcast, or modify any of our digital files. Sharing online course login credentials or downloading videos for public distribution is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of your access without a refund.
2. Pricing, Taxes, and European Union VAT
Currency: All prices are displayed and processed in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless stated otherwise at checkout.
EU VAT Compliance: If you are a resident of the European Union (EU), Value Added Tax (VAT) will be automatically calculated and collected at checkout based on the standard VAT rate of your country of residence, in compliance with EU regulations for digital services.
Price Changes: Sounds of Stillness LLC reserves the right to modify the prices of its Products at any time without prior notice.
3. Refund Policy & Right of Withdrawal
Standard Policy (US & Non-EU Customers)
All Sales Are Final: Due to the immediate, downloadable, and digital nature of our ebooks, audio tracks, videos, and online courses, all purchases are non-refundable.
European Union Customers (Right of Withdrawal)
Immediate Access Waiver: Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, this right does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
Your Consent: By finalizing your purchase and downloading or streaming our Products, you expressly agree to receive immediate access to the content, and you acknowledge that you forfeit your 14-day right to a refund or cancellation.

EU Consumer Protection: For EU consumers, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
