Welcome to Sounds of Stillness. This website and its services are owned and operated by Sounds of Stillness LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company.
By accessing our website and purchasing our digital products—including but not limited to ebooks, audio files (gong baths, frequencies), video materials, and online courses (collectively, the "Products")—you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use this website or purchase our Products.
1. Intellectual Property & Digital License
Ownership: All Products, text, graphics, logos, audio recordings, and videos available on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Sounds of Stillness LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.
Limited License: When you purchase a Product, Sounds of Stillness LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
Prohibited Uses: You may not copy, redistribute, resell, share, lease, lend, broadcast, or modify any of our digital files. Sharing online course login credentials or downloading videos for public distribution is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of your access without a refund.
2. Pricing, Payment and Taxes
Currency: All prices are displayed and processed in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Payment: Purchases are processed securely by Payhip, our sales platform, with payments handled by Stripe or PayPal. Your order confirmation and invoice are sent by Payhip.
EU and UK VAT: If you are a resident of the European Union or the United Kingdom, VAT is calculated at checkout at the rate of your country of residence, and collected and remitted by Payhip. Displayed prices include VAT where applicable.
Price Changes: Sounds of Stillness LLC may change the prices of its Products at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one shown at checkout.
3. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
3.1 Digital products (ebooks, audio, videos) Because these products are delivered immediately, all purchases are final. For customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom: by completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.
3.2 Live online trainings You may cancel your registration within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund. If the training begins during this period at your request and you withdraw part-way through, only the part already delivered remains payable. After this period, or once the training has been completed, registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a session, you will receive its recording to follow at your own pace. If Sounds of Stillness LLC has to cancel or reschedule a training, you will be offered a place on a later session or a full refund, as you prefer.
3.3 Coaching and supervision Coaching and supervision sessions are reserved for students who have completed an online training. A session may be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance; sessions cancelled later than this are due.
4. Live Trainings: Access and Conduct
Trainings take place live on Zoom, in small groups. Access to recordings is provided for one year from the end of the training; practice videos remain accessible for life. Recordings, manuals and videos are for your personal use only and may not be shared, published or used to teach others. Participants may not record live sessions themselves. We ask everyone to respect the confidentiality of what other participants share during the sessions and in the group chat. A certificate of completion is issued at the end of the training. It attests to participation and does not constitute a professional or medical qualification.
5. Disclaimer of Medical Liability
Wellness & Education: You acknowledge that all Products and protocols offered by Sounds of Stillness LLC are strictly for educational and deep relaxation purposes.
No Medical Advice: They do not constitute medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Assumption of Risk: You agree to use these Products at your own risk. Sounds of Stillness LLC disclaims any liability for any adverse effects resulting from the use or misuse of our audio frequencies, videos, or course protocols. 6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Governing Law: These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of your use of this website or the purchase of our Products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming.
EU Consumer Protection: For EU consumers, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
7. Modifications to Terms
Sounds of Stillness LLC reserves the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
